BIO
Shane Costelloe is a fully qualified and licensed lawyer in Ireland, US (Illinois) and England & Wales and has been practicing for 18 years prosecuting and defending in criminal trials, as well as representing government, State agencies, gaming industry corporations, not-for-profit organisations, commercial entities and individuals. Mr. Costelloe works in both Europe and the US and has a practice emphasis in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, fraud (both criminal and civil), white-collar crime, regulatory and money-laundering.
Mr. Costelloe is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation as well as advising clients in 'white-collar' criminal and tax investigations. He advises corporations and businesses on regulatory and compliance matters including their obligations under whistle-blowing/mandatory reporting of suspected criminal acts legislation, FCPA, Anti-Money Laundering laws and the Bribery Act. He has broad experience in the areas of tax prosecutions, anti-bribery/corruption law, fraud and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Costelloe was an Adjunct Professor at the Law School of Trinity College in Dublin.
