Roger J. Kelly is Of Counsel to O’Rourke & Moody LLP. Mr. Kelly devotes most of his time to corporate and business matters. Mr. Kelly has over 35 years of expertise in real estate matters including commercial transactions, foreclosures and commercial leasing. His clients have included banks, security firms, automobile dealerships, restaurants, bars and real estate developers.

Mr. Kelly received his undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago.

Mr. Kelly was an associate at Zukowski, Rogers & Flood from 1983-1990 where he specialized in commercial litigation. In 1991)Ar. Kelly opened his own firm, O’Connor & Kelly, specializing in Banking  Litigation for Boulevard Bank, Standard Bank, Beverly Bank and US Bank. Mr. Kelly has developed an expertise representing real estate sellers, buyers, lenders, and developers in real property litigation such as boundary disputes, quite title actions, mortgage foreclosures, partition actions and evictions. Mr. Kelly’s represented clients have included Town & Country Homes, Cambridge Homes, Anvan Midwest Realty Management and DHK Development.

Mr. Kelly is a lifelong Chicago resident. He was raised in the Beverly neighborhood and currently resides in Lincoln Park. Mr. Kelly is an avid golfer and bicyclist.
