Democratic governor candidate J.B. Pritzker on Friday said legalizing sports betting in Illinois is “an important thing to consider” as a way to find the state some more money.
Pritzker raised sports betting as an issue to reporters at an unrelated event after reiterating he favors legalizing the recreational use of marijuana and taxing it.
